Stanislav Sorokopud

Director-in-chief of Group Kobza Ltd., financial director of group of the companies "ZVUK".

Has higher educations in mathematics and banking, diploma of the British institute of professional financial managers. The candidate of engineering sciences. Worked in the special designer office of Institute of Cybernetics and Institute of problems of simulation in power engineering of Academy of Science of USSR. Took part in creation of the automated systems, including companies' management systems. In 1991-2006 - the head of department of information technologies of a joint-stock bank "AGIO", member of the board of the bank. Engaged in active tourism, diving and underwater video shooting.

The word "KOBZA" for the first time has heard in 1970s.

Andrew Tolchanov

Producer of "Kobza". Chief producer of the "Dynasty" Recording Studio and ZVUK Records.


Graduated from the Kiev State Conservatory – as a violinist, and also from the Moscow Literature Institute – as a poet. While working in numerous orchestras he mastered his skills as a recording engineer and sound producer in the Ukrainian State Radio and Television Recording House. First Andrey Tolchanov produced albums of his own group – "Andreevsky Spusk" in 1989. In a year he organized "AGIO Bank’s Gallery of Arts" and conducted "Days of Kiev in Budapest" in common with "Ukraine" Ltd. In 1995 he became one of the founders and a first top manager of the "Ukraine Arts’ Development Assistant Fund". Among the most famous Fund’s actions one can name a performance "Don’t Be Afraid of a Grey Wolf" directed by a scandalous Ukrainian Andrey Djoldak. In 1996 Tolchanov held a concert of Chris de Burg in Kiev. In the same year he organized the "Dynasty" Sound Recording Studio, the biggest private studio in Ukraine. From 2000 the name of Tolchanov has been indissoluble connected with different generations of "Kobza". Tolcahnov is an author and producer of the "ZVUK Jazz Collection" (collection of famous Ukrainian jazzmen), an owner of the recording company ZVUK Records.
In 2005 he founded "Group Kobza" Ltd. Free time Tolchanov devotes writing poesy.


First the title "Kobza" he saw on a gramophone record he was selling in early childhood.

Alexander Evtushenko

Press-secretary of "Kobza"


A well-known Ukrainian art journalist, producer, TV and radio. A founder of Ukrainian music journalistic, he gave birth to numerous music weekly presses, almanacs, magazines. As a journalist Evtushenko collaborates with leading publishers of Ukraine. As a press-secretary he held a number of festivals and joint concert shows: "Chervona Ruta" (1989, 1991, 1993), "Pearls of the Season" (1998, 1999), "Tavrian Games" (1994, 1996), "Mazepa-Fest" (2003).

The name "Kobza" is familiar since its first live concerts 35 years ago.
